I've been practicing Ashtanga yoga for eight years and Marcello has been my teacher for some time now.
In his school I had the opportunity to practice, from the beginning, in the traditional way as transmitted by Pattabhi Jois, to be followed by an attentive and scrupulous master who, although demanding with respect to the correct closure of the Asanas, never allowed us to do it by sacrificing the breath, always being very careful that we understood the essence of vinyasa.
The school is a true community for its students where students will always have a point of reference for practice as well as for life.
Ashtanga, Marcello, Stefania's precious collaboration and the school taught me the importance of constancy and the stability that a daily practice offers compared to the continuous impermanence of things.
Never like in this period have we had to overturn our life habits but the possibility of practicing, even independently, has offered us an enormous advantage for our psychophysical well-being while waiting to return to practicing all together, creating that extraordinary energy that only a full shala can give us.
